Annuals
Michaleen’s carries a diverse range of annuals. From tried and true traditionals to the exotic, from geraniums and marigolds to the ever expanding and colorful Proven Winner varieties. We carry unique annuals and more tropicals than anyone else in the area. We have both blooming and foliage specimens to add spice and drama to your summer plantings.
Here at Michaleen's we have a large selection of stock plants that we use for our personal propogation. This enables us to provide a wider variety of one-of-a-kind plants for our customers. We make a point of growing our annuals in an environmentally friendly manner. We use as few chemicals as possible in order to grow the best product for you that we can.
You can shop at Michaleens in any weather, rain or shine, in our covered greenhouse. Our nursery staff is always available to answer questions, give planting advice and assist in plant selection for your specific gardening needs. We can help you design your containers or if you prefer make one for you.
Hanging Baskets
In the spring our greenhouse is overflowing with hanging baskets. We start to grow our baskets early so that you can have a finished basket that is full and
colorful. The demand for out grown baskets is so great that we advise you to shop early. To supplement our selection, we also get hundreds of baskets from other local growers. We know who grows the best of the best just for you.
Herbs
Our herbs are locally grown by Alison Wiley of Littleflowers in Newfield NY. She has been a premium grower of herbs and cut flowers for over 15 years. Her varieties are tried and true, and her quality is always the best.
