Lolly Gahagan-Lolly Gahagan moved to Ithaca thirty years ago.  Here she began a longstanding love affair with plants of all kinds.  Co-owning the Indian Creek Fruit Farm, she raised fruits and vegetables for both retail and u-pick, managed a greenhouse bedding plant operation and started a cut flower business.  An original member of the Farmer's Market she developed many friendships with other plant lovers in the area.  Her interests and knowledge expanded to shrubs, trees and nursery stock when she became part of the Michaleen's family ten years ago.

Barbara Bryant-Barbara Bryant has had her hands in dirt and her head full of design for many years.  She spent the early years of her working career as a graphic designer for 14 years.  After being given the opportunity to 'stay home and make art', gardening became a passion and then a profession.  For the past fifteen years, she has combined her experience as a manager of a tropical greenhouse and decor department in a garden center in North Carolina; and a propagator/grower at a local small nursery in Ithaca.  At Michaleen's for the past two years, Barbara enjoys working on the interior displays and the display gardens surrounding the nursery and grounds.
